Campus Fashion 101

Most of you have had your fair share of run-ins with people that are wearing an ungodly combination of attire to class. Maybe it is because the person had a late night binge drinking with their friends, got up late, and just threw something on before they ran to class, or maybe, even worse, they actually looked in the mirror before they proudly trotted to class. Either way, this blog is meant to set out to make people realize their shortcomings in the world of fashion in hopes that they will improve their sense of style.

One example of something that does not work for fashion is Ugg boots when it is 70 degrees outside. There are a couple of problems with this scenario. For one thing, it is just illogical. I know Ugg boots are comfortable because they are sheep skin with sheep's wool inside, but they are not meant to get your feet so warm that they feel like they are actually inside of the sheep. I know that the picture shows Miley Cyrus wearing Ugg boots with shorts. Trust me, that does not make it OK.
So in situations like these, it is beneficial for me to give an alternative to said problem. In the Ugg boot dilemma, I would suggest something with a little less sandals, such as sandals. This blog will even supply you with a link to make sure that you know what these things are located. Such as: http://www1.macys.com/catalog/index.ognc?CategoryID=17570&PageID=75464085169513&kw=Sandals
Do not worry though, I also set out to compliment those of you who do know how to dress, regardless of what style aesthetic you have. So anytime someone looks good, I will regard them appropriately. So send in any pictures you capture of fashion do's and don't's you find around campus, and watch out, because I may have advice for you.
